safari 30lt fuel tank (with custom front linkage) (std tank is 14lt).  This is a great addition, and a tough product, but the original aluminium front linkage fatigues and breaks.  I have made this one from 12mm stainless tube.

touratech panniers and frames (modified so the panniers sit 30mm closer to the bike on each side).  As a rule i dont really like touratech stuff, but these panniers have been to hell and back.  I’ve taken to them with a hammer more times than i recall, and they still hold on and keep my stuff secure and dry.  Build quality on the racks was not perfect, but i cut them up anyway to move the luggage closer to the bike, so now they fit just nice!

950 Supermoto front windscreeen

custom reinforcing on subframe at luggage mount points.  The SE is not designed to carry luggage, so after some abuse the attachment points on the subframe fatigue.  This mod has solved the problem (i hope!).

 

 

It’s 2mm stainless steel plate, fabricated to follow the line of the original subframe, but provides more roboust attachment points for the luggage.  I had to remove the nutserts on the front two bolts, so now i put a nylock nut from underneath
